Let me clear this up – I´m not a vegan. However, I love eating healthy: vegan and vegetarian food make me feel good. Therefore, I do add a lot of healthy plant-based recipes to my daily meal plan.
The problem most of us face when we try to eat lots of green stuff and fruits (especially, out of the season) is the lack of diversity. Eating salads all day long doesn’t give you your daily dose of delicious ( maybe, for someone – but not for me). How do I experiment and create from vegan ingredients only?
But what if there were cuisines of the world for vegans and vegetarians? – Good news. These books prove that sometimes having the most simple ingredients, mixing them right and spicing them up a bit – creates the whole new food experience and an absolutely unique cuisine.
